We accept major credit cards, e-transfers, checks, and cash. For credit cards, a temporary hold may be placed the day before your appointment, with the charge processed after services are completed. E-transfers should be received by the day before your scheduled cleaning

It’s completely up to you. Many clients provide access instructions and aren’t home during service. If you prefer to stay, that’s fine too—our cleaners are friendly and trustworthy.

Please clear clutter from surfaces and floors so our cleaners can access the areas that need attention. Make sure children and pets are out of the way for safety. If you’re home, a quick walk-through with your cleaner is helpful.

Yes. All cleaners undergo background checks, reference checks, and screening. They are also covered with general liability insurance.

Absolutely! We love pets. For everyone’s safety, please secure pets that may try to escape or act aggressively. If you won’t be home, let us know how to handle cleaning around them.

Typically, we send 1–2 cleaners depending on availability, home size, and service type. For recurring clients, we do our best to send the same cleaner each time

We require at least 48 hours (2 full business days) notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Late cancellations, same-day changes, or lockouts may be subject to a cancellation fee or full service charge.

Our focus is on safe, professional home cleaning. For safety and health reasons, we do not:

● Move heavy furniture or appliances (over 30 lbs) ● Clean carpets/shampooing

● Handle bug infestations or mold infestations

● Clean bodily fluids, pet messes, or extensive grease/fire damage

● Wash dishes, do laundry, or pick up clutter ● Clean inside fireplaces or toys

● Work from ladders or heights over a 2-foot step stool
